Rhino Spice Beef Burgers

🧾 Ingredients (Makes 4 quarter-pound burgers)

1 lb (450 g) ground beef (preferably 80/20 for juiciness)

1 egg

1/3 cup finely diced onion

1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce

1–1.5 Tbs Rhino Spice Original (adjust to taste)

Optional: additional Rhino Spice to sprinkle on patties before grilling

🔧 Burger Prep Instructions

Mix the patties: In a mixing bowl, gently combine all ingredients: ground beef, egg, onion, panko, Worcestershire, and Rhino Spice. Don’t overmix — just enough to combine evenly.

Form patties: Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties about 3/4-inch thick. Press a small indent in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during grilling.

Rest: Place patties on a plate, cover, and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to help them hold shape.

🔥 Grilling Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400–450°F / 204–232°C).

Grill patties:

   - Lightly oil the grates.

   - Grill burgers 4–5 minutes per side for medium, flipping only once.

   - Internal temp target: 160°F (71°C) for food safety.

Rest and serve: Let burgers rest 3–5 minutes before serving to help retain juices.

🍔 Serving Suggestions

Serve on toasted buns with your choice of: cheddar, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and grilled onions.

Add a dash more Rhino Spice on top or mix into mayo for a zesty burger sauce.
