The people behind the flavour

It started
in our kitchen.

For founder Daron Torrens, a recipe book from his mom sparked a lifelong love of cooking. In 2020, Daron and his wife Kelly began blending their own seasonings at home.

Our first three blends — Original, Ol’ Smokey and Hot Ol’ Smokey — grew from that shared love of cooking. Then Kelly’s dad inspired a fourth: Zesty Original.

He liked adding lemon pepper seasoning to our Original blend. With help from our brother-in-law, we turned that family favourite into its own unique, citrusy seasoning. Today, all four blends carry a little of our family story to your table.
